The property consists of: 220 sticks (11 packs) of Newport Menthol 100's brand cigarettes for unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 195 units of other tobacco products, various brands, various flavors for untaxed, flavor ban flavor tobacco products; 100 units of nicotine vapes, disposable devices, various brands, various flavors for untaxed, flavor ban flavor tobacco products; and 154 units of flavor enhancers for flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on July 14, 2026, at 12:50 p.m. from Pummy and Akshay Bhasin Inc., DBA: Eagle Liquor Market, located at 14844 Magnolia Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403-1328.
