The property consists of 65 packs of Wildhorse brand cigarettes, unstamped, non-MSA, 93 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped, 39 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped and out-of-state Missouri stamped, 10 packs of Kool brand cigarettes, non-MSA, out-of-state Missouri stamped and 543 units of various other tobacco and nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on October 23, 2024, at 9:57 a.m. from Tawfik Ali Alshoabi, DBA: East 14th Gifts & Smoke Shop located at 9001 International Blvd, Oakland, CA 94603-1301.
