The property consists of 188 units of various other tobacco, untaxed tobacco products tobacco product, flavor ban tobacco products; 23 units of various nicotine vape, untaxed tobacco products tobacco product, flavor ban tobacco products;, 108 units of various other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 31 units of various nicotine vape, flavor ban tobacco products; 31 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 19 packs of Montego brand menthol cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on February 3, 2026, at 4:45 p.m. from Mandip K. Malhi, DBA: EasyDay Gas & Liquor, located at 1405 N. Golden State Blvd., Turlock, CA 95380-2341.
