The property consists of 15 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, Georgia stamped, unlicensed retailer; seven packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes, California state stamped, unlicensed retailer; 366 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, unlicensed retailer; and 637 units various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, unlicensed retailer. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 on November 14, 2024, at 1:55 p.m. from Nabeal Altareb, DBA: EB Services located at 2009 73rd Ave., Oakland, CA 94621-2817.
