The property consists of 28 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 8 packs of unstamped non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes, 17 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, 27 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 27 units of flavor ban tobacco products and 88 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436, on March 10, 2026, at 12:10 p.m. from Emilio Market LLC, DBA: Emilio Market, located at 2501 S. Chester Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93304.
