The property consists of 9,692 units of nicotine vape devices various flavors- untaxed and flavor tobacco product(s); 7 packs American Spirits menthol cigarettes - flavor ban cigarettes; 35 units other tobacco products – untaxed; 19 units nicotine vape disposable devices - untaxed; 1,152 units of other tobacco products, various brands - untaxed and flavor ban tobacco product(s); 8 units Nicotine pouch, FRE Lush brand – flavor ban tobacco product(s); 5 units nicotine vape, foger brand, disposable device – flavor ban tobacco product(s); and 693 units of flavor enhancers, various brands, flavor ban flavor enhancer(s) This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on April 2, 2025, from ESSV Trading, Inc, DBA Encinitas Vape & Smoke, located at 568 Encinitas Dr, Encinitas, CA 92024-4640.
