The property consists of The property consists of 31 packs of various brands of cigarettes, unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 21 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped/out of state (Virginia) stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 841 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 160 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 762 various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,984 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 277 units of various flavor enhancer products, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and 22974.2 on October 7, 2025, at 5:10 p.m. from Fotoon and Sabeen, Inc., DBA: Evolution, located at 3186 16th St., San Francisco, CA 94103-3363.
