TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 12 grams of unbranded cannabis flower; and 102 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 31 packs of unstamped/Missouri stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; Six packs of Denim brand, unstamped, non-MS, flavor ban cigarettes; one pack of unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 651 units of various untaxed other tobacco products; 628 units of various untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 108 units of various untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; and 62 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on June 5, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. from Exotics Grab & Go LLC, DBA: Exotics Grab & Go located at 11299 San Pablo Ave. Ste. K, El Cerrito, CA 94530-2166.
