The property consists of 46 units of taxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 59 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products, and 12 units of flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3, on May 27, 2026, at 10:00 am from Sam & Baseem Inc. DBA: EZ Day Liquor, located at 2051 W. Whittier Blvd., La Habra, CA 90631-3534.
