The property consists of: 64 units of unbranded flower (1 ounce each), 15 units of various cannabis vape products, five units of various cannabis edible products, and two units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 30, 2025, at 10:50 a.m. from Fancy Fitz, Inc., DBA: Fancy Fitz, located at 3279 E. Shields Ave., Fresno, CA 93726-6904.
