The property consists of: 117 packs of unstamped U.S. tax exempt flavor ban cigarettes; 12 packs of unstamped U.S. tax exempt cigarettes; 13 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 672 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 73 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 251 units of flavor ban nicotine vape products; 599 units of flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on January 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from Ramona's Way Inc; DBA: Fantasy Smoke Shop, located at 2870 W. Rialto Ave., Rialto, CA 92376-6704.
