The property consists of 79 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 27 packs of duty-free, unstamped non-MSA cigarettes, 11 packs of unstamped duty-free flavor ban non-MSA cigarettes, 12 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products and 17 units of flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, on August 17, 2026, at 11:59 a.m. from Fiesta Liquor and Gas, Inc., DBA: Fiesta Liquor and Gas, located at 2023 Baker St., Bakersfield, CA 93305.
