TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 1,123 units of various brands nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1,585 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; 34 units of various brands cannabis vape products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 20 units of Nice Leaf brand cannabis edible products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on March 21, 2025, at 2:10 p.m. from Flavor City Vape, Inc. DBA: Flavor City, located at 1809 S St., Ste. 99, Sacramento, CA 95811-6761.
