The property consists of 344 units of untaxed, flavor ban other tobacco products; 52 units of taxed, flavor ban other tobacco products; 630 units of untaxed, flavor ban nicotine vape; 90 units of taxed, flavor ban nicotine vape; and 949 units of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. The property consists of 11 units of various THC Vape; 13 units of various cannabis edibles; 12 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 71 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code 34016 on May 5, 2026, at 10:19 a.m. and 10:20 a.m. from Fly Zone Corporation, DBA Fly Zone Corporation, located at 265 Reservation Rd., Ste. O, Marina, CA 93933-3184.
