The property consists of 66 units of various brands other tobacco products, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 112 units of various brands other tobacco products, taxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 31 units various brands nicotine vape, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 468 units of various brands flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 102 units of BuzzBar brand full spectrum CBD vape, presumed cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 215 units of various brands other cannabis products, presumed cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 19, 2026, at 3:20 p.m., from Fly Zone Gift Shop LLC, DBA: Fly Zone Gift Shop LLC, located at 114 Union St., Watsonville, CA 95076-5008.
