The property consists of: 144 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 93 units untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; 1,020 units flavor ban tobacco products; 47 units untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape products; 110 units flavor ban nicotine vape products; 266 units flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on June 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM from Shivah, Inc, DBA: Food Mart, located at 25020 Alessandro Blvd., Moreno Valley, CA 92553.
