The property consists of 116 units of various brands tobacco products and 14 units of various brands nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, on January 3, 2025, at 10:37 a.m. from Fraint Liquor Inc., DBA: Fraint Liquor located at 9415 N. Fort Washington Rd #103, Fresno, CA 93730-5941.
