The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 3 packs of untaxed out-of-state stamped cigarettes; 62 packs of untaxed US tax exempt flavor ban cigarettes; 12 packs of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes; 1 pack of untaxed out-of-state stamped flavor ban cigarettes; 11 packs of untaxed US tax exempt non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes; 1 unit of untaxed flavor ban tobacco product; 54 packs of untaxed cigarettes; 18 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape devices; 314 units of flavor ban tobacco products; and 50 units of flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 on September 24, 2026, from Freddy's Del Oro's LLC DBA: Freddys General Merch, located at 1235 N Sierra Way, San Bernardino, CA 92405-4915.
