TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 52 packs of US Tax Exempt unstamped cigarettes; 48 packs of unstamped cigarettes; 27 packs of counterfeit stamped cigarettes; 81 packs of other-state-stamped cigarettes; 118 packs of US Tax Exempt unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 30 packs of other-state-stamped flavor ban cigarettes; 8 packs of US Tax Exempt unstamped flavor ban Non-MSA cigarettes; and 4 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3(b), and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30474.1 and 30436 on January 13, 2026, from Freddy's Del Oro's LLC DBA: Freddy's Shop & Go #2, located at 799 N H St San Bernardino, CA 92410-3021.
