The property consists of 32 units of various brand cigarettes, unstamped, out-of-state stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 352 units other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 317 units nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 121 units of various flavor enhancer products, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on June 27, 2025, at 10:48 a.m. from Freska Gas Inc, DBA: Freska Gas Inc located at 150 Willow St, San Jose, CA 95110-3143.
