The property consists of 13 units of various THC vape and three units of other cannabis products, pre-rolls, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on March 6, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. from Mokhtar M. Nasser, DBA: Fresno Mart, located at 2110 N. Blackstone Ave., Ste. 101, Fresno, CA 93703-2100.
