The property consists of 21 grams of various cannabis flower, four units of various THC vape, six units of various cannabis edibles, and six units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and five units of commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Revenue and Taxation Code Sections 34016 on December 8, 2025, at 12:25 p.m. from Awsan Falah, DBA Fresno Smoke House, located at 2254 N. Fresno St., Fresno, CA 93703-2277.
