The property consists of 12 units of Backwoods brand tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, and seven units of various brands nicotine vape, flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 on February 2, 2026, at 4:19 p.m., from JB Petro Inc., DBA: Fulkerth Chevron, located at 2800 Fulkerth Rd., Turlock, CA 95380.
