The property consists of 19 units various brands of unflavored OTP, untaxed tobacco products; 138 units various brands of unflavored nicotine vape, untaxed tobacco products; 310 units of various brands of nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 1,236 units various brands of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 12 grams of unbranded cannabis flower; and 305 units of various types of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on May 21, 2026, at 1:19 p.m. from Walid Ammari, DBA Full Moon Gift & Smoke Shop, located at 5970 Mowry Ave., Ste. K, Newark, CA 94542-5000.
