The property consists of 186 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 48 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 637 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products. flavor ban tobacco products; 736 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 40 units of flavor ban enhancer products; 227 grams of unbranded cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; and nine units of Boutique Switch brand THC vapes, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on November 20, 2025, at 2:10 p.m., from Future Falvor Market DBA Future Falvor Market, located at 217 Sutter St., San Francisco, CA 94108-4401.
