The property consists of 119 units of various brands other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco, 83 units of various brands cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 399 units of commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on August 28, 2024, at 3:12 p.m. from Ahmad Marini, DBA: Galaxy Smoke Shop, located at 1350 Trancas St., Napa, CA 94558.
