TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 10 packs of various unstamped / out-of-state stamped cigarettes; 695 units of various nicotine vape devices, and 605 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; seven grams of various cannabis flower, 1,761 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation, and 189 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on October 2, 2024, at 2:05 p.m. from Omar Inc, DBA: Galaxy Smoke Shop, located at 207 E 4th Ave., San Mateo, CA 94401-4006.
