The property consists of 58 units untaxed flavor ban cigars, 47 units untaxed flavored nicotine pouches, 20 units taxed flavor ban cigars, 16 units taxed flavored nicotine pouches, 50 units untaxed nicotine vape disposable devices, 103 units taxed nicotine vape disposable devices, and 332 units of other cannabis products High Hemp brand wraps – unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 4, 2026, at 11:05 AM from CMB Petroleum, Inc., DBA Gas For Less, located at 4498 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92117-2054.
