The property consists of: 41 packs of CA stamped various brands cigarettes, unlicensed business; 72 packs of various brands cigarettes - (5 packs Missouri, 2 packs Virginia, 1 pack New York, 64 packs unstamped), flavor ban, unstamped/out-of-state stamped; 13 sticks of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped/out-of-state: Virginia, flavor ban; 1,112 units of various brands other tobacco and nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 2,924 units of various brands other tobacco and nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco, flavor ban; and 278 units of various brands tobacco enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on September 25, 2025, at 2:30 PM from Gateway Smoke and Gift Inc DBA: Gateway Smoke and Gift, located at 5936 San Pablo Ave., Oakland, CA 94608-2206.
