The property consists 341 units other tobacco products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 682 units of flavor enhancer products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 4.5 grams of cannabis flowers, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business; 32 units various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business and 261 units of commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on July 24, 2025, at 12:59 p.m. from Gazebo Smoke Shop, DBA: Gazebo Smoke Shop, located at 499 Ofarrell St., San Francisco, CA 94102-2009.
