The property consists of 81 cartons unstamped cigarettes; 20,778 cartons and 54 packs unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes; 1,678 cartons and 63 packs unstamped, duty free cigarettes; 5,754 cartons and 215 packs unstamped, non-MSA, US Tax Exempt cigarettes; 3,110 cartons and 53 packs unstamped, non-MSA, duty free cigarettes; 3,408 cartons and 204 packs unstamped, US Tax Exempt cigarettes; 3,112 cartons unstamped, non-MSA, US Tax Exempt, duty free cigarettes; 742 units nicotine vape untaxed tobacco products; 48 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue & Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on October 17, 2024, at 2:57 p.m. from Gerardo Beltran Noriega, DBA: Gerardo Beltran Noriega, located at 845 Hollister St., San Diego, CA 92154.
