The property consists of 34 packs of unstamped/out-of-state stamped cigarettes, nine packs of California state stamped cigarettes, unlicensed retailer, 320 units of various nicotine vape, disposable devices, untaxed tobacco products 1,715 units of untaxed tobacco products and three units of nicotine e-juice, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on November 14, 2024, at 10:40 a.m. from Gift Box Co LLC, DBA: Gift Box Co, located at 3751 International Blvd., Oakland, CA 94601-3590.
