The property consists of 471 packs of cigarettes various brand, unstamped, out-of-State stamped, Nevada, untaxed tobacco; 352 packs cigarettes various brands, unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes, out-of-state stamped (Missouri, Virginia, & Georgia); 835 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products; 3,386 units other tobacco products various brands untaxed tobacco products and flavor ban tobacco products; 1,768 units of nicotine vape, various brands, untaxed tobacco products and flavor ban tobacco products; 662 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code 22974.2, 22974.3 ,and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436, on August 26, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. from Abrahem Ahmed Mohamed, DBA Glass House Shop located at 344 12th Street, Unit A, Oakland, CA 94607-4218.
