This property consist of: 328 units of nicotine vape, various brand, cartridge for untaxed tobacco products; 4 grams of cannabis flower, branded, various flavors for unlicensed cannabis business, 201 units of THC vape, various brands, cartridges for unlicensed cannabis business, 86 units of cannabis edibles, various brands, various flavors, gummy candy for unlicensed cannabis business, and 115 units of other cannabis products, various brands, pre-rolls for unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on October 23, 2024, at 10:20 a.m. from Glendale Smoking Vibe, DBA: Glendale Smoking Vibe located at 331 N Brand Blvd Ste A, Glendale, CA 91203-2303.
