The property consists of: 37 packs of various cigarette brands for unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; 2 packs of various cigarette brands for unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes, and MO stamped; 50 units of other tobacco products, Zyn, nicotine pouches, various flavors for untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, and counterfeit tobacco; 2,377 units of other tobacco products, various brands, various flavors, for flavor ban tobacco products; 1,660 units of nicotine vapes, disposable devices, various brands, various flavors for untaxed tobacco products and flavor ban tobacco products; 219 units of nicotine vape products, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban tobacco products; 528 units of flavor enhancers, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3; and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30474.1, on May 5, 2026, at 10:10 a.m. from Glendale Smoking Vibe, DBA: Glendale Smoking Vibe, located at 331 N Brand Blvd #A, Glendale, CA 91203-2303.
