The property consists of two packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped; nine packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped/out-of-state Missouri stamped cigarettes; 77 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 314 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products/flavor ban tobacco products; 22 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products/flavor ban tobacco products; and 97 units of various tobacco flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on June 17, 2025, at 12:35 p.m. from Godzilla Puff Palace Inc, DBA: Godzilla Puff Palace Inc located at 1604 International Blvd., Oakland, CA 94606-4502.
