The property consists of 55 packs of various cigarette brands, unstamped/out-of-state stamped, flavor ban cigarettes, unlicensed business; 304 packs of stamped cigarettes, various brands, unlicensed business; 766 units of other tobacco products, various types, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, unlicensed business; 814 units of other tobacco products, various types, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, unlicensed business; 1 unit of flavor ban flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 105 packs of Denim brand cigarettes, unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes, unlicensed business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on June 24, 2025, at 11:42 p.m. from F & A Trading, DBA Golden Corner Market, located at 35 6th St., San Francisco, CA 94103-1611.
