TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of seven packs of unstamped, non-MSA, U.S For Export, flavor ban cigarettes; six packs of unstamped, Virginia State stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; six packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; five packs of unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes; and 13 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Sections 22974.2 and 22974.3; on July 9, 2026, at 11:46 a.m. from Golden Mini Mart LLC, DBA: Golden Mini Mart LLC located at 1319 Golden State Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93301.
