TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 32 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 32 packs of unstamped cigarettes; 5 units of untaxed nicotine vape; 1,022 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1,508 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape devices; 775 units of flavor enhancers; 48 grams of cannabis flower and 357 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 2 units of commercial packaging bearing the cannabis universal symbol. This property was seized pursuant to Business Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on October 29, 2025, at 11:26 a.m. from Golden Gate Distributors Corp, DBA: Golden Smoke Shop III located at 73960 Highway 111 Ste 3 Palm Desert, CA 92260-4032.
