The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of eight packs of Nanjing brand cigarettes, unstamped/non-MSA, one carton of Nanjing brand cigarettes, unstamped/non-MSA, 79 units of various nicotine vape devices, untaxed tobacco products, 930 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, 627 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation, eight units of commercial packaging boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation and 197 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on December 9, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. from Bassery Inc, DBA: Grand Tobacco Shop, located at 338 Grand Ave., South San Francisco, CA 94080-3605.
