The property consists of 13 units of flavor tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 15 units of flavor nicotine products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 1,430 units of flavor tobacco enhancers, various brands, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 140 grams of cannabis flower, CBD Axis and seven units of THC vape, Litty disposable device, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue Taxation Code 34016 and Business Professions Code 22974.2 on March 10, 2025 at 3:27 p.m. from Hit Wicket Inc. DBA: Grass Valley Smoke & Vape, located at 462 E Main St., Grass Valley, CA 95945-6504.
