The property consists of 19,632 grams of flower, 71 units THC vape, 98 units of edibles, and 439 units of other cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 16 units untaxed tobacco products and 15 units untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, and Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on November 6, 2025, at 5:35 p.m. from Nathan A. Besara, DBA: Green Leaf Oasis located at 11117 S. Inglewood Ave., Inglewood, CA 90304.
