The property consists of 81 units of various brands nicotine vape, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 134 units of various brands other tobacco products, taxed, flavor ban other tobacco products; and 288 units of various brands, flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 60 units of various brands other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on July 14, 2026, at 1:12 p.m. from Fadhl M. Ali, DBA: GT Smoke Shop, located at 1641 Cedar Ave., Atwater, CA 95301-3553.
