TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of two packs and 26 sticks of various Denim brand unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes; seven packs of various Newport brand unstamped/out-of-state stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 18 sticks of various Marlboro brand cigarettes, unlicensed business; nine units of various brands, untaxed tobacco products; and seven units of various brands, other untaxed flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and 22980.2 on September 4, 2025, at 12:10 p.m., from Habibi Markeet, DBA: Habibi Markeet, located at 26 6th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103-1602.
