The property consists of 20 packs of unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, non-MSA cigarettes, 9 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 5 units of flavor ban tobacco products, and 9 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on April 14, 2026, at 10:19 a.m. from Safaa Alaboodi, DBA: Habibi Mini Mart, located at 207 Washington Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93308.
