The property consists of: 20 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 93 units of untaxed nicotine vape products, 278 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vapes and 148 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22978.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on May 26, 2026, at 2:53 p.m. from Jeremy R. Ohlin DBA: Happy Cloud Smoke Shop, located at 112 Hartnell Ave., Redding, CA 96002-1842.
