The property consists of 340 units of various other tobacco products and various nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 17 units of Flum brand nicotine vape, various clear, untaxed tobacco products; and 707 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on October 22, 2025, at 12:05 p.m. from Happy Gift Shop Inc, DBA: Happy Gift Shop, located at 1313 W. El Camino Real Ste B, Mountain View, CA 94040-5104.
