The property consists of: 14 units of nicotine vape, various brands, bottles, untaxed tobacco products; 1,349 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 149 units of nicotine vape, various brands, bottles, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 205 units of nicotine vape, various brands, disposable devices, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 863 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; 800 units of commercial packaging, bag, universal symbol violation; and 16 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016, on September 2, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., from Heaven Smoke Inc, DBA: Heaven Smoke Shop, located at 3622 Willow Pass Road, Concord, California 94519-1314.
