The property consists of 28 grams of Deep Relief brand flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 148 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 2,074 units of various nicotine vape, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 273 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 1,332 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on March 11, 2026, at 2:20 p.m. from Baljit Singh, DBA: Roseville Smoke N Vape, located at 3992 Foothills Blvd. Ste. 185, Roseville, CA 95747-8079.
