The property consists of 26 units of various nicotine vape disposable devices, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 118 units of various flavor ban tobacco products; and 781 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on January 27, 2026, at 2:53 p.m., from Bhangu Inc, DBA: H&H Smoke Shop, located at 10182 Alta Sierra Dr, Ste B, Grass Valley, CA 95949-6883.
